A NVIDIA RTX 4060 paired with a AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D lands around 69 fps in Escape from Tarkov at 1080p with Low textures, Low shadows and no upscaling. Ray tracing is left off on this pairing. These values come from the same model the interactive optimizer uses, applied to this exact hardware pair rather than a generic preset.

Your GPU is limiting FPS here
NVIDIA RTX 4060 is holding back your AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D at 1080p in Escape from Tarkov. A better GPU could get you closer to ~83 fps at these settings.
Estimate only — based on a 20% uplift for a moderate GPU bottleneck, not a measured benchmark.

Escape from Tarkov is the rare shooter where RAM capacity is a headline requirement. Streets of Tarkov in particular loads an enormous amount of geometry and loot state, and systems with 16 GB will stutter in ways that no graphics setting addresses.
Offline mode and the smaller maps give a badly misleading picture. If you are tuning for the worst case, tune on Streets during a live raid — everything else will then run comfortably.
Covers live raids on the largest maps, which are heavily CPU- and memory-bound. Offline mode understates the load.
